Issue Areas/Comments
A. Should FDA initiate a rulemaking to codify its interpretation of section 503(b) of the action regarding when an active ingredient can be simultaneously marketed in both prescription drug product and an OTC drug product?
No. Consumers will begin to self diagnose along with self adminster meds. Too dangerous.
It is proven that no matter what type of controls are created the only one suffering is the unborn. The sex drive does not care about the repercussions of the act, it just craves fulfillment. Young people are not able to understand that they are not ready to create a life because they are not emotionally or mentally ready even though their bodies are. Giving yet another escape route to them encourages instead of discourages their inclination to freely have sex. This mindset will only increase the burden on society, increase sexually transmitted diseases, increase cases of child endangerment and abuse by inmature parents. Don't give our society another tool to destroy itself.
