Issue Areas/Comments
A. Should FDA initiate a rulemaking to codify its interpretation of section 503(b) of the action regarding when an active ingredient can be simultaneously marketed in both prescription drug product and an OTC drug product?
Rather than answer each of these, let me say simply that I would strongly opposed "the morning after pill" as over the counter medicine. This encourages wreckless sexual behavior, and could be purchased by or for minors, who could have been raped. These children need help, and need to be removed from harm's way, none of which could be done if the baby can quickly and quietly be aborted chemically (If indeed a baby was conceived that is)
