It is ludicrous to think that if Plan B is sold over-the-counter and by prescription only for 16 and younger that this subgroup of citizens wouldn't be able to obtain it without a prescription. Haven't we learned anything from our history with alcohol and cigarettes? If Plan B is sold OTC, child molesters, rapist and other men who prey on women and children will be given an advantage. Why would we want to do that? I believe it is because women and children are given the lowest priority in our society. If Plan B is approved for OTC, this would be a decision driven by power and money, not for the good of those it lamely claims to help.
