1 If I see GF on a label ,usually in a oval seal I believe it> Items that have wheat free are doubtful for my celiac diseae acceptable use ,2. I waste a lot of time trying to decide if it is safe for me because very few items have GF on them. Vitamin cottage stores have blue tags on what may be GF items. 3. Less then 1%of products have GF on them, very few. 4. Gluten free means a lot to me when it is on a label as it means I can use this product and feel confident that I have a chance to recover from Osteoporosis and maybe not break bones such as my back
