As I have Celiac Sprue it is detrimental for me to have any form of Gluten in my diet. Fat is labeled on food as well as sugar and sodium. My disease is just as important as any others. The pains can be very debilitating if gluten is injested. I am very careful as to what I eat but if not labeled properly it can be a disaster. The disease can not only cause pain but has 200 diseases associated with celiac. This is the only country not labeling gluten on there foods.
