It is important for consumers to know what it is that they are buying especially if ANYONE IN THEIR FAMILY OR THEY THEMSELVES AHVE AN ALLERGIES OR cELIAC sPRUE WHICH IS AN INTOLERANCE TO GLUTEN. Gluten free should mean just that , gluten free. Each product that is manufacturered should have clear labeling so that they consumer can easily identify products for consumption. I am more likely to trust a product labeled gluten free and but it since I have Seliac disease. Even the tiniest amount of gluten, found in wheat,rye, oats and barley and alll their derivitives can harm me medically.Everyone should be able to clearly understand the ingresients in all products on the shelves in markets.
