Issue Areas/Comments
Gluten free should mean 100% free, or maybe a second part showing x parts per million, as some celiacs can tolerate trace amounts. I spend an extra 15 mins. per shopping trip reading labels to avoid eating harmful food. Only a small percentage of foods are marked gluten free {mabe 2%} and those being more expensive. If I find two foods of like ingredents with one marked "gluten free" I will always purchased the labeled "glluten free".
