Please, please, please understand the importance of requiring ingredient labeling of foods that are dangerous to those requiring gluten-free diets. My 12-year old son with disabilities on top of his celiac disease reads every label to determine whether he can eat something, but he (and other unsophisticated readers) may not recognize a number of food components that are dangerous to persons with celiac. Required labeling is essential for these folks' health!
