Cooking for a person with celiac would be greatly facilitated by labeling. I think food should be labeled "gluten free" or "not gluten free". This would relieve my worry when preparing a making a meal for my daughter who was diagnosed with Celiac disease just over a year ago. Her children are at risk as well and the last thing I would ever want to do is harm them inadvertantly because of poor information. Thank you for hearing my concerns. Barbara Donnaruma
