Issue Areas/Comments
1. 'Gluten-free' on a label should mean no Gluten at all.
2. I take extra care to read over and study all ingredients on food labels. Then some times I call the number on the product label. Most time they don't know for sure all the ingredients because they get some from outside suppliers. This alone is very frustrating and most times I do not buy the product because of this.
3. I would say only 5% of the food I buy is marked 'Gluten-free'.
4.I would be faster to buy something marked 'Gluten-free' than not marked.
