Issue Areas/Comments
1. "Gluten-free" should mean zero tolerance for gluten from wheat, oats, rye and or barley or their derivatives.
2. I read product labels and refer to gluten-free food lists.
3. Natural health food stores carry products clearly labeled "gluten-free" however, supermarket products rarely list products as being gf.
4. I purchase GF marked items 99% of the time. I wish regular products listed GF therefor saving me large amounts of money for the same ingredients.
