I favor labeling food as gluten-free or containing gluten to save lives. My gastroenterologist tells me even l grain of wheat or gluten can cause a celiac attack. My last one lasted 3 months of pain, malabsoption problems, dehydration and worse. Gluten-free means abosolutely no gluten or contaimination from gluten containing products. Thank you.
