| 1. Gluten-free should mean no wheat or gluten ingredients.
2. I identify guten-free foods by the lack of wheat or gluten on the label. Time spent identifying foods is 100% due to the lack of correct labeling.
3. The percentage of foods marked gluten-free is 5% in a general grocery store. Types of gluten-free foods that I purchase are pastas, bread, and baking mixes.
4. Having gluten-free printed on a product label influences my decision to buy 100% and will save me considerable time while shopping.
