Including gluten as an allergen would save celiacs time, money, and improve our quality of life tremendously. Presently I have to call each and every manufacturer to ask about gluten content, and rarely do I receive an educated answer. I usually end up not purchasing the product or suffering from the symptoms and learning via trial an error. Please consider our request as it would help a very large, and growing, population of people.
