I am a Celiac. If I eat foods containing I get uncontrollable diarreha and stomach cramps. Even though I read all product labels, I can NOT allow make informed choices bacause current labeling does not include hidden sources of wheat, oats, barley, or rye. Gluten Free (GF) on the label would simply the labeling for food processors and greatly improve my efforts to eliminate ALL glutens from my diet. Remember me the next time you eat. Would you put that food in your mouth if it contained a diarrhetic? I spent 10 days in the hospital before they diagnosed my problem. I weighted 73 pounds. I was a few weeks away from starving to death. I was 45 years old at the time. Please add GF to processed food products just as poisonous products are labeled. Thanks.
