"guten-free should mean it will be safe for us who have celiac sprue can eat or use food or products for human consumption without the fear of bad reactions due to guten such as wheat, rye, barley and oats... I only contact businesses if they have a toll-free number as I can't do much writing in long hand due to arthuritis and pain holding a pen...as a result of not being able to determine which products are guten-free most of my diet consists of rice cakes and peanut butter... I also am an insulin dependent diabetic who needs to eat to keep my diabetes from dropping too low too often... the guten-free printed on a product label does influence my decision to purchase products having the same ingredients..sometimes it causes too much stress in me to figure out what I can eat and what I can't eat that I eat the same foods everyday to try to keep the stress level down...I'm not sure about products that I put on my skin... right now I've had a very servere rash on my body that could be caused by some product that has guten in it... tell the companies that make product to put on the ingredients without putting big words that no one can pronounce or even know what it means... it has to be simple words that are able to be understood... thank you for the new regulations that will be written...GAC Spokane Wa
