It is a life and death situation for me to have gluten free on food. Or to have it disclosed there is gluten in the product -- used in any way. I have celiac sprue -- which 1 in 130 Americans have -- and it is imperative we know what is contained in food. Gluten is often used as a preservative as well as contained in wheat, rye, barley, and oats! Pls. -- require this! Thank you.
