It is vitaly important that foods be labeled as Gluten Free. I have a daughter who does not have Celiac disease, but is Gluten intollerant. It caused her growth and development to be delayed until age four, when we found out what the problem was. My daughter is unable to eat any Glutens without being sick for the next week. As a consumer, it would be very beneficial to my wife and I if we knew absolutely that what we were buying was not going to make our daughter sick.
