It would be much easier to shop for food if it was labeled gluten-free. Right now I spend over an hour food shopping because I have to read every ingredient to make sure there isn't any type of oats, barley, wheat, etc. It is much harder for a Celiac to distinguish between what is gluten-free and what is not because of the amount of ingredients that can cause a Celiac to become ill. Food labeling would make my job as a consumer much easier, not to mention safer when it comes to ingesting the foods purchased.
