Gluten Free should mean totally gluten free. No trace amounts, No additives. All gluten free food should be labeled as such, This is a horrific disease and should be treated as such. More companies would sell their products if they only labeled them right. Companies who inject meats with tenderizers that contain gluten should also state that on the package. Spices with anti-caking agents that contain gluten should also note that on the product...The list can go on and on...
