I have celiac disease so gluten free labeling would not only make life easier for me as a parent of 4 young children, it would also make it safer for me due to the numerous hidden ingredients in food. Many items I have to avoid due to unknown sources of items such as mono- and di- glycerides that could be corn-based (safe) or could be wheat-based (not safe). It would open up a much broader selection of food for celiacs and people with gluten sensitivity. Thank you!
