As a Gastrointerologist I stroglay advise all of my patients diagnosed with Celiac Sprue disease to strictly avoid ALL gluten and any product that may be cross contaminated with gluten. Many (if not all) of my patients react to even the smallest amount of gluten in their food. I urge you to ensure the safety of our Celiac popluation by allowing only products that do not contain ANY gluten to be labeled gluten free.
