The labelling should include not only whether there is gluten in the product, but also note if there is a possibility of contamination from other gluten containing products. Oats should be reviewed with experts at the appropriate time to decide whether their inclusion means it is not safe for those on a gluten free diet. Whenever possible, I will purchase food that states gluten free and use that product in cooking for my whole family. Only when it is not specified, do I then determine by the nature of the product itself or the ingredient list, whether it is gluten free. A,B,C indication levels would be helpful.
