To me 'gluten-free' means no wheat, oats or barley as I have celiac sprue disease and cannot tolerate any gluten. I identify foods that do not have gluten by reading ingredient labels. About 5% of foods purchased are marked 'gluten-free'. If a product label is marked 'gluten-free' it definitly influlences my decision to purchase it by 100%. Thank you
