I have celiac sprue disease and I find it very difficult to read ingredient lists and decide whether or not I can consume the product. Having an FDA approved level of contained gluten so that products can be labeled gluten free would help me enormously. I also encourage you to set reasonable standards. We should encourage manufacturers to supply these products rather than enforce standards that are so high it isn't in their interest to do so. In my limited traveling in Europe, I have seen entire aisles devoted to products labeled gluten free - it's like Christmas.
