Issue Areas/Comments
In regard to Docket:2005N-0279.It would be essential to have the levels A,B,and C labeled on a product. Level A is all my son can have. It takes an average of 3-4 hrs for a normal shopping trip without labeling. Guesswork means I dont buy the product. We cant take the chance. If it says gluten-free on the product, I buy it immediately and without hesitation.I also let others know about the product. Thank you for this food labeling requirement. I am a single mother on a fixed income and cannot afford most of the expensive gluten-free labeled foods. This will enable my son to eat food he normally wouldnt have due to the questionable ingredients. Thank you sooooooo much!!! Carol Siska
