gluten free foods on a food label should mean it is entirely gluten free. This makes it easier to purchase food without having to second guess if there is anytbing harmful for people with Celiac Disease. Right now there aren't many products in main stream stores that are marked gluten free. A two or more level of definition would definitely be helpful. Please consider labeling foods gluten free or those that would have the absence of wheat/barley/rye/oats or any of their derivates. Your help is vital to many who have Celiac Disease.
