I have Celiac disease, so it is very important to me to determine if a product has gluten. There is also the issue of cross-contamination. I and many other gluten intolereant and gluten sensitive people can't even have a small amount of gluten without becoming ill. I believe that the labeling should be clear and to point as to the contents of gluten.
