Item #1:That the product and its dirivities are free of wheat,rye,barley and oats. Because people with celiac disease can have a reaction to even a minute amount
of gluten.

Item #2: By relying on the label. I spend a considerable amount of time reading
labels because some food producers sometimes change ingredients.

Item #3:Every food item I purchase for my own consumption must be gluten free.
Also, medications, hair care and cosmetics and similar products that I may come in contact
with must be gluten free.
