I would like a gluten free level that is the same as the European Level - which does acknowledge an extremely minimal level of gluten in foods. This acknowledges the reality that virtually nothing is "gluten free". This allows a standard that is still healthy for celiacs and realistic thst companies can still follow it. Thanks!
