It is so important that the FDA encourage "Gluten Free" food labeling. Even though I am a strong label reader, I still manage to get Gluten into my body and am sick for at least 2-3 days. I work full time and this hinders my ability to work the days that I am so sick that I can't leave the bathroom. I see that labeling has gotten much better especially the "modified food starch" now at least most of the products will tell you if it derived from corn or wheat. Thank you for helping to make us Celiacs lives a little less complicated. HELP KEEP US HEALTHY. Did you know that at least 1 out of 133 people have Celiac Sprue Disease. That is a lot of people you are helping. Thank you again.
