| My one year has celiac disease! We are active duty. If we get sent overseas there is not a good way to determine if our food purchases have gluten in them. This is scary. We cant go overseas if we cant find food for our son. At one year of age his weight was so low it was off the growth curve alltogether. 2 months later on a gluten free diet it is back on the growth curve but still low! If food lables are not clearly marked for gluten our son could come to harm. If we are in another country there are NO health food stores to go to for help. Please, by the grace of God, I beg you, mark the packages for gluten.
