Please update your food labelling requirements to include Gluetin Free. I am a recent Celiac and I am having trouble interpreting lables to avoid rye, barley, wheat, and oats. It is critically important to my survival, as the damage it does to the small intestine is irreversable. One in every 133 people have Celiac and do not know it!!!!! Please help.
