This gluten-free labeling of foods is so critical to my two children, ages 7 and 8. They both suffer with celiac sprue and the questionable labels make it very difficult. Mfgs. should be required to spell ou the source of any quetionable ingredients such as modified food starch, vinegar, or any emulsifiers. This would be so helpful, and some companies such as Kraft are already doing it. Thank you.
