| Wheat, gluten is included in so many products but the worst is the hidden gluten in binder, fillers, coloring and preservatives. It is very easy to get sick, it takes hours to shop for a groceries. My husband and teens can't shop because the lists of things that include gluten are too long and complicated. It has taken me a long time to learn of all the things that include hidden gluten and I still make mistakes. Sometimes we still have to call the company to find out. Many times we can't even get a straight answer from them. Please use the example of the Progresso Soup company who plainly lists, in bold letters, any ingredients which may proved allergic or sensitive to a large portion of the population in America.
