Several years ago our laboratory participated in a large NFPA (published)study of various food matrices to determine the frequency and quantitiy of L. monocytogenes in these various foods. Smoked fish was one of the matrices. If there will be need for microbiological recovery and quantitation of L. mono for this project, our laboratory would like to be considered for the microbiological testing. Please advise.
