Issue Areas/Comments
I am strongly opposed to cloned animals and their progeny entering the food supply without labeling requirements. The minimum requirement should be a label that states that a cloned animal was the source of the product, and that no scientific evidence currently suggests any difference between the cloned and conventional source. To make no distinction between these sources is highly shortsighted and unwise. My entire family also feels strongly about a labeling requirement but is unlikely to voice their concern to the FDA.
