To Whom it May Concern,

It sickens me that our nation clones animals at all, and sickens me more that the cloned products will likely make their way to the shelves of American grocery stores.

The fact that I, the shopping consumer of my household, might not even be able to see a labeled difference between cloned and non-cloned animal products is enough to cease my purchasing of animal products and urge my family and friends to do the same. Whether or not the cloned products are physically "indistingishable" from the non-cloned ones, there are great ethical issues that the FDA would be ignoring if it was to allow unlabled cloned products to be sold alongside the uncloned ones.

What are these ethical issues? There are many, but I will just address the greatest one here. Humans are not God. To "create" animals for our consumption or other uses, we are setting ourselves up as God instead of relying on His ordained means of providing food for us.

I hope you will consider this carefully, as consumers like myself will be greatly impacted my this decision.
