I am very opposed to the use of non-ambulatory cattle or any other downed animal in animal feed. Not only is this not healthy and dangerous to feed downers to other animals, it would allow for inhumane treatment of the downed animal. It gives no incentive to treat the animals better to try to prevent them from becoming a downer in the first place. Thank you.
