Comments for FDA General
1. General Comments I feel committed to express my feelings regarding the recent concern for increasing suppliment restrictions. I myself am a law enforcement officer, working in some of the most dangerous and violent areas of urban north jersey. The elements my fellow officers and I encounter every day require us to be in top physical and mental health. As officers, we deal with individuals who are abusers of Steroids, PCP, along with other stimulants. This is a huge advantage given to criminals in regards to the physical strength and aggressiveness they gain. Cops are morally obligated to lawfully prepare themselves physically, and many suppliements give officers a boost in performance, which leads to added strength against these threats. Accross the country, these suppliments are safely and legally used to even the playing field. It is a shame that someone might fall ill due to overcomsumption or abuse of these suppliments, but I would have to say that 99% of suppliment customers are responsible customers. To punish all for the mistakes of a very select few, would be to punish some of the hardest public safety employees accross the country. And I can vouch for not only law enforcement, but fire fighters, as well as service men and women. Please do not resort to a knee jerk reaction to a mistake made by the very few. Thank you.
