Dear Mr. Labor, Mr. Barr, and Ms. Fleming:

The Food and Drug Administration acknowledges receipt of your updated correspondence to Warning Letter 2015-DET-14. We received your response on August 6, 2015.

My only comment is to ensure that your contract raisers are following the labeled directions of the medication (i.e. frequency of administration) or your veterinarian's extra-label prescription, if applicable.

Warning Letters issued by the FDA are posted on our website (www.fda.gov). Once a firm has been determined to be in compliance by addressing issues cited in a Warning Letter, FDA will issue a "Close-out" letter to the firm. This letter is also posted on our website and is linked to the original Warning Letter. The "Close-out" letter indicates that the subject firm appears to be in compliance. A "Close-out" letter is included with this mailing and will be posted on the FDA website. No further response is necessary at this time.

Your continued cooperation is greatly appreciated.

You may contact me at (313) 393-8262 if you have any questions regarding this letter. For additional information, you may refer to the Agency website: www.fda.gov.
