Dear Mr. Chung:

The Food and Drug Administration has completed an evaluation of your firm’s corrective actions in response to our Warning Letter CMS # 476745, dated December 2, 2015. Based on our evaluation, it appears that you have addressed the violations contained in this Warning Letter. Communication with FDA and Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (VDACS), along with site visits from the FDA and VDACS revealed that your firm has ceased production of food products with no intent to continue operations in the future. Please inform the FDA and VDACS if you plan on manufacturing, packing, or holding food for consumption in the future.

This letter does not relieve you or your firm from the responsibility of taking all necessary steps to assure sustained compliance with the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act and its implementing regulations or with other relevant legal authority. The Agency expects you and your firm to maintain compliance in the event you continue manufacturing FDA regulated products. This letter will not preclude any future regulatory action should violations be observed during a subsequent inspection or through other means.

Sincerely yours,

David P. Rice
Compliance Officer
Baltimore District
