The Food and Drug Administration held a webinar along with partners at the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to provide a COVID-19 update for food operations stakeholders. The webinar was held on Tuesday, September 1, 2020. During the webinar FDA and OSHA discussed the Employee Health and Food Safety Checklist for Human Food Operations During the COVID-19 Pandemic. CDC provided an update on testing. FDA also provided an update on inspections.
