ORA Recruitment is ORA’s three-pronged recruitment approach which maximizes the use of existing recruitment tools and hiring flexibility prescribed by the Office of Personnel Management to meet the requirements of the Executive Orders to streamline hiring time frames, recruitment of persons with disabilities and veterans by:
- Coordinating nationwide on-site and virtual hiring fairs;
- Collaborating with the Office of Talent Solutions (OTS) to establish an Excepted Service resume repository; and
- Partnering with career services agencies, educational institutions, scientific associations and social service agencies.
