FDA-TRACK: Center for Tobacco Products - Strategic Priority IV: Core Operations

FDA's Center for Tobacco Products (CTP) regulates the manufacturing, marketing, and distribution of tobacco products. CTP's mission is to make tobacco-related death and disease part of America's past, not America's future, and, by doing so, ensure a healthier life for every family.

FDA-TRACK is FDA's agency-wide performance management program that monitors, analyzes and reports key performance data and projects for FDA's program offices and cross-cutting initiatives.

Every day, CTP takes action to protect American families, charting a new course for comprehensive change. CTP's Core Operations key priority area includes user fee collection. The FDA assesses and collects user fees from manufacturers and importers of cigarettes, snuff, chewing tobacco, roll-your-own tobacco, cigar, and pipe tobacco, under Section 919 of the Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.

Data contained in the dashboard is not final, but accurate at the time of posting.
