No other Fairway branded products were affected by this voluntary recall.

The recall was initiated after it was discovered by Fairway on the 28th of January 2015 after a customer complained to the Store Manager that the product contains almonds although it was not declared on the label. Eventually the store manager contacted Fairway Corporate office and they have contacted our company and advised about the mislabeling of the product. Fairway has posted notices of the recall at its stores and has pulled the affected products of the shelves. Subsequent investigation indicates that the problem was caused due to mislabeling during the printing of the labels for the product.

The company has not received any reports of allergic reactions or illnesses associated with this product to date.

Customers who have purchased the affected product should dispose of it or return it to the place of purchase where they will receive a full refund. Consumers with questions or willing to organize a return may contact Sole Grano LLC at (201)797-7100 Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST.
