FDA UDI Help Desk

Labelers and GUDID users are encouraged to use the FDA UDI Help Desk to submit questions related to UDI and the GUDID. Please complete the information below to submit a UDI support question/comment.

Once the question is received, an FDA UDI Help Desk analyst will respond to you as soon as possible. If you do not receive an immediate reply in your inbox, please check the spam/junk folder. If the email is in the spam/junk folder please adjust your spam/junk filter to recognize the Help Desk (GUDIDsupport@fda.hhs.gov and noreply@salesforce.com) as a contact to ensure you receive future emails.

In addition, the Division of Industry and Consumer Education (DICE) answers questions by phone and email from the medical device industry and consumers. If you have a question about a medical device, please contact DICE.
