BAM R81: Tris-Buffered Saline (TBS) (pH 7.5)

Tris 2.42 g
NaCl 29.24 g
Double distilled water to make 1 liter

Dissolve ingredients. Adjust pH to 7.5 with HCl and bring volume to 1 liter.
