In regard to Docket 98N-0339 I would recommend that the FDA maintain high
standards for processing of drug approvals such that applications are
managed efficiently but still thoroughly.  This past year has seen a record
number of drug withdrawals.  Please do not substitute speed for quality in
the drug approval process.
