 I have been sucessfully using hydroquinone for over 10 yrs twice a day. I have suffered from hyperpigmentation of the skin of the face. The hydroquinone has helped my condition and I fear that not having access to it will cause me to suffer a relapse. I don't mind a warning but to take away all access to it is unreasonable.
